About Us
Pioneer Technologies of Michigan (PTM) is an Information Technology (IT) company that provides the community with affordable technology services via remote for various technology issues/needs.These services include: diagnostics, repair and maintenance, data recovery, drive-erase, virus removal, software upgrades, system rebuild, and threat assessment. In addition, we also offer online tutorials and live private one-on-one online tutoring.
How We Work
Prior to performing any remote system repair service we need to know exactly what is causing the problem so that we can provide our clients with the correct solution - the first time. To do this, requires two steps - consultation and diagnostics.
Consultation. Our remote repair service begins by gathering as much information as possible regarding your technical issue(s). However, in order to provide you with our very best service we need to ensure that the information we receive is both accurate and reliable. The first step begins with scheduling a free online consultation via Zoom. The purpose, of course, being to get a first-hand description of the issue(s) so as to:

make an accurate assessment of the situation,

make a recommendation,

determine the cost, and
-
answer any specific questions you may have with regard to our remote repair service.
And now, the second step - booking an online appointment with our Remote PC-Doctor so that we can accurately diagnose the cause of your technical issue(s).
Diagnostics. As part of our commitment to providing quality service for our clients PTM utilizes PC-Doctor Service Center Remote (SCR) software in our Diagnostic Service for testing accuracy and reliability as well as more efficient troubleshooting with regard to identifying hardware issues. Moreover, to ensure this accuracy, PC-Doctor SCR software performs more than 500 diagnostic tests for PC, Android, ChromeOS & Intel-Based Mac systems.

Repair. In some rare cases, the repair service may be included with diagnostic service if the issue is minor. If not, then a separate scheduled online appointment will be required due to time and/or complexity. In any case, we will resolve the issue(s) and test the system while you watch.
To get started, please fill out and submit the Free Online Consultation form. Be sure to include a brief description of your issue. If possible, try to include even the smallest details when describing your technical issue(s).
For example, mentioning recent updates or software installation/removal could prove helpful as well as any error code numbers and/or messages. And finally, when scheduling your initial consultation try to select a time that is least stressful.
